Individual therapy can help you identify distorted and negative thinking which are likely contributing to your anxiety. We'll look at negative thought patterns like jumping to conclusions, overgeneralizing and all-or-nothing thinking that help feed feelings of anxiety and stress. You will learn new ways of thinking to ultimately combat your anxiety.
